Airport to the city: Limousine bus to Nagasaki station: about 43 minutes by the Dejima road, or about 55 minutes by the bypass route. Fare about ¥1,400 for an adult. Take the Dejima road bus if there is one waiting.

By rail: There is a shinkansen station at Nagasaki, but the line does not yet run all the way from Hakata — the journey involves a change.
